What should our FAQ contain?

I think the "Rules of Sports" is good - as well as Training Tips, technical tips (form and technique play an important role in many sports) - questions about equipment also.

Fantasy (American) Football 2013 - Who's in?

I am taking on commissioner duties in another league I play in (a Yahoo league) but I would be fine participating in this one also - just don't ask me to be commish ;)

How do we handle this subset of "how to" questions

Let's get critical: Feb 2014 Site Self-Evaluation

It seems to me like some element of trivia questions or subjective/opinion questions creeps into the site steadily. Most of the time they seemed to get marked as such. Sometimes they get voted up and/ …

Is "Is there a recommended running technique if you're overweight?" on-topic?

This was my question. Now that you brought it up - it looks like there is a question on F&N that would be suitable to merge mine with: https://fitness.stackexchange.com/q/115 Unfortunately, there is …

A blog for Sports SE sounds legit. What will its scope and purpose be?

I think those that decide to write blog posts should pick topics they are knowledgeable about and provide posts that are interesting to your average sports fan. We probably should write about things h …

Delete the "us-open" tag?

I think there can be us open tags but they need their respective sports included e.g. us-open-tennis, us-open-golf, etc. Not sure what not having a world series tag or super bowl tag implies.

Are questions about sports betting, spreads, and odds on topic?

Yeah, asking what the spreads are seems like it falls under the category of questions that don't add value to this site - considering the knowledge isn't very useful or meaningful once the game is ove …

How do we handle "autograph-identification" questions with no detail?

Unless the signature is pretty well known, it's very difficult to play detective and positively identify an autograph. Especially when few clues are provided to start from. If some level of detail is …

Is the Peyton Manning Waiver an on-topic Question Topic?

I think the question itself contains clues about it being a good question or not - things like "most likely" are not going to generate a fact-based answer, just speculation. My vote would probably be …

Let's see if anyone else wants to weigh in on this and if not, I'm in agreement with merging them and can take care of it.
