Both have a very high rep in PhotoSE, they answer a lot of questions, and obviously they have such a high level of expertice that they do not need to ask anything. Now, read again the About-page where advice is given on asking questions. Quote: "Focus on questions about an actual problem you have faced." If you have faced no actual problem yourself then you should think twice if you really need to ask something. Focus on answering the questions of other members instead.
