CW should not be used to salvage bad questions. Bad questions should be closed and fixed, or deleted, not salvaged into some middle state through the use of CW. CW if used at all, should be reserved for answers where one person cannot provide a complete and answer and would like to provide an easy mechanism for collaboration (something we already have with suggested edits). | |
